The Klamath Tribes COVID-19 General Welfare Emergency Assistance Program
The COVID-19 General Welfare Emergency Assistance Program (No. 6) is designed to provide financial assistance to Klamath Tribal members and their dependents worldwide for necessary expenditures to prevent, prepare, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic public health emergency. The program will be available November 15 – December 31, 2024. After December 31, 2024, the program will end.
Program Eligibility
1. Must be an enrolled Klamath Tribal member 18 years of age and older or have an enrolled Klamath Tribal member dependent;
2. May reside in or outside of Klamath County, Oregon;
3. Applicant and/or minor child or child in care has been affected by one of the identified COVID-19 criteria;
4. Must submit a complete application.
Applicants who have completed an application for Programs 2, 3, 4, & 5 will not need to complete an additional application. For those applicants who have not completed an application, for previous programs, will need to complete an application for the (No. 6) General Welfare Assistance Program.
Applications are available online (Klamathtribes.org) or at Tribal Administration or Klamath Tribal Health and Family Services.
